Process Review and Tolerance Chart Analysis
Do you have a...
- problem part?
- part that is difficult to make?
- tolerances that have to be maintained?
- tolerance requirements difficult to meet?
- high reject/scrap rate?
Let our engineers review your process plan. We will produce a tolerance chart for you, graphically showing the problem areas. We can then produce a second chart, again graphically showing the changes we recommend to eliminate tolerance stackup problems. This information can then be used at your discretion to make process, tooling or other changes as necessary to produce your parts.
Give us a call. We will review your print and process plan, then discuss it with you.
We also provide Tolerance chart training, based on proven tolerance chart methods.
